Agreement to these terms

By using Mortgage Site Pros’ website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Memberships and automatic renewal

Mortgage Site Pros memberships are month-to-month or annual, as stated in your signed service agreement. Month-to-month memberships automatically renew each month, and annual memberships automatically renew for successive one-year terms, until cancelled as described below.

Cancellation

Monthly memberships: cancellation requires at least 30 days’ written notice sent to support@mortgagesitepros.com.

Annual memberships: written cancellation must be received at support@mortgagesitepros.com before the next renewal date, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual term.

Paused memberships and reactivation

If a membership is paused, the client website and all systems implemented by Mortgage Site Pros will be temporarily disabled for the duration of the pause.

A reactivation fee may apply. Any applicable reactivation fee will be disclosed before reactivation.

SMS Messaging Program

Mortgage Site Pros may use SMS messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers regarding inquiries, appointments, service updates, account information, support, and promotional offers when consent has been provided.

Opting Out

You may cancel SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you subsequently provide consent again.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with Mortgage Site Pros.

Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years old to participate in our SMS messaging program.

Privacy

Your use of our services and SMS program is also subject to our Privacy Policy. SMS opt-in information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Changes to These Terms

MortgageSitePro may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on our website with a revised effective date.
